The pieces are joined by a hole in the center with a wooden dialstick that joins them. The design can vary due to the mobility of the pieces.
The holder for the candle can be either in brass or glass.The brass piece can be flush with the stone or slightly higher than the stone
The candle can also be used directly in the stone but must be removed before it completely finishes and becomes liquid (at about 3cm in height remove it) If wax falls on the stone it can easily be removed with boiling water.
